Returns Policy
Unless a product is defective, there are NO Refunds or exchanges! All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. Exchanges only will be given for sales via download. Defective products will be replaced with same working product. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, Rpgbunny.com will gladly fix the problem. If we cannot fix the the software you will be given the choice of an exchange or a 100% complete refund. Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they where originally purchased with.
Download after the payment
After the payment has done, you can download your source 2 times. The download link expires in 2 days. Downloading details are given on the ordering confirmation screen and in the order confirmation email. The product manual and other documentation are included in easy to read Adobe PDF format.
